This tab controls how employees are matched with ledgers in Tally.
Tally Groups
Choose which Tally groups hold your employee ledgers. PrimeHR uses these groups when exporting employees.
Click Fetch Groups to load the available groups from Tally. Until you do, the tab shows “No groups fetched yet.”
Select the group or groups that contain your employee ledgers.
Ledger Prefix
Under Configuration for Import Ledger, enter a prefix (for example, EMP-) in the Ledger Prefix field. This helps you recognize employee ledgers in Tally.
Click Save Settings when you’re done.
Fetching groups needs a working connection, so complete and save Connection Settings first.
