Company Information

Keep your company’s details, tax registrations, bank information, and payslip format up to date - all in one place.

Company Information is where administrators maintain the organization’s core details: name and branding, address, contact information, tax registrations, bank details, and payslip format. These details are used across PrimeHR for payroll, statutory compliance, and employee documents, so keeping them accurate here keeps them accurate everywhere.

How to Access Company Information

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel.

  2. Go to Settings → Organization Settings → Company Information.

The page has six tabs: Basic Information, Address, Contact Information, Tax Information, Bank Details, and Payslip Templates.
