Timesheets

Overview

Date-wise attendance derived from your tracked time.

The Timesheets page shows your attendance and tracked time for the month, calculated automatically from your check-ins and check-outs. It has two tabs: My Timesheet (the calendar view) and My Requests (your time edit requests).

Monthly summary

At the top of the page:

  • Working Days - total working days in the selected month

  • Present - days you were present

  • Absent - absent working days

  • Holidays - holidays in the month

  • Weekends - weekend days in the month

  • Total Hours - total time tracked during the month

  • Avg Hours/Day - your average tracked hours per day

Monthly calendar view

The calendar shows every day of the selected month, with each day marked with its status:

  • Present - working time was recorded, shown with the hours worked and time range

  • Absent - no attendance/time was recorded for a working day

  • Half Day - partial hours were recorded for the day

  • On Leave - an approved leave was applied for that day (leave type shown, e.g., "CL" for Casual Leave)

  • Holiday - an organization holiday

  • Weekend - a designated weekend day

  • Late - shown alongside Present/Half Day/Absent when check-in was late, with the number of minutes late (e.g., "Late (178)")

Today's date is highlighted with a blue border, so it's easy to spot where you are in the month.

Viewing a specific day

Click on any date to open its full detail, including:

  • Status - e.g., Present

  • Working Hours - total hours tracked that day

  • Time Range - first check-in to last check-out

  • Time Edit Requests - any approved regularization/edit requests for that day

  • Timeline - a full log of every check-in and check-out for the day, with the time, type (Check In/Check Out), and mode (e.g., Auto)

Click View Full Activity Timeline for a more detailed activity breakdown beyond the check-in/check-out log.

Navigating between months

Use the Previous and Next buttons to move to a different month and review past or upcoming timesheet data.
