Managers and admins can view a team member's live screen in real time, whenever their time tracking is active.
Live Monitoring lets managers and admins see what an employee is currently working on, in real time — as long as that employee has time tracking running. This gives visibility into ongoing work without waiting for the day's activity summary.
Who can use this: Managers can view their team members; admins can view anyone in the organization.
Employee list
The page shows a list of employees. Select an employee to view their current screen.
Live screen view
Once selected, PrimeHR shows the employee's live screen in real time — visible to the manager or admin at any point while that employee's time tracking is active. The employee is not notified when their screen is being viewed, and they cannot start or stop this monitoring themselves — it's controlled entirely by whether their time tracking session is running.
