A detailed, date-wise breakdown of productivity, screenshots, and app usage for anyone on your team.
The Activity page shows how tracked time was spent on a given day - split into productive, unproductive, and neutral activity, along with screenshots and app usage. What you can see depends on your role:
Employees can view their own activity
Managers can view activity for their team members
Admins can view activity for everyone in the organization
Selecting a date and employee
Use the date selector to move between days, and (if you have access) the employee selector to switch between yourself and other team members.
Activity summary
For the selected day and person:
Total - total time recorded through Time Tracking
Productive - time categorized as productive, with its percentage of total time
Unproductive - time categorized as unproductive, with its percentage
Neutral - time categorized as neutral, with its percentage
Activity Rate - a separate measure of how actively engaged the tracked time was (distinct from the Productive percentage - e.g., you can be 100% Productive but have a lower Activity Rate if activity levels during that time were lower)
If nothing was tracked for the selected day, PrimeHR shows an empty state instead of blank values.
Screenshots
Screenshots captured during tracked time appear here for the selected date, each with its captured time, the app in use, and a productivity percentage for that moment.
If there are no screenshots for the selected day, PrimeHR shows: "No screenshots captured."
App usage
A breakdown of which applications were used during tracked time, each tagged as Productive or Unproductive, with the time spent and percentage of total activity. Specific windows or tabs used within each app (e.g., specific Slack conversations or Chrome tabs) are also shown, giving a detailed picture of where time actually went.
If there's no recorded activity for the selected date, PrimeHR shows a message indicating that nothing was tracked.
