Project Analytics gives managers a clear, visual picture of tracked time across projects and employees - trends over time, how time is distributed, and who's contributing where.
Filters
Date - Today, This Week, This Month, Last 30 Days, or Custom
Project - All Projects, or a specific one
Employee - All Employees, or a specific one
Combine filters to narrow the view to a specific project, employee, and date range together.
Summary metrics
For the selected filters:
Total Tracked - total time tracked in the period
Active Projects - number of projects with tracked activity
Avg per Day - average tracked time per applicable day
Top Project - the project with the most tracked time
Tracked Hours Trend
A chart showing daily tracked hours over the selected period, broken out by project (the top 2 projects are shown individually). Useful for spotting high and low activity days, and comparing how projects trend against each other over time.

A donut chart showing how total tracked time is split across projects - each segment represents one project's share of the total.
Top Performers
Ranks employees by activity - mouse and keyboard engagement measured through the desktop app - across all their projects for the selected period.
To qualify, an employee needs at least 30 minutes of desktop-tracked time in the period
Each entry shows the employee's name, role, their top project, activity percentage, and total tracked time
Web-tracked or manually entered time has no activity signal, so it isn't used in this ranking - only desktop app tracking counts here

By Employee

Total Time - total time tracked
Employees with no tracked time in the period show a dash instead of figures.
