See your field employees on a map in real time, with their latest known location and status.
The Live Map gives admins a centralized, map-based view of field staff - where they currently are (or were last seen), whether they're active or offline, and their related tasks, orders, and forms, all from one screen.
Location tracking is started by the employee themselves, from the PrimeHR mobile app - it isn't running silently in the background without their action. Once an employee starts tracking, their location becomes visible here.
Employee status
Active - currently available/online for field tracking
Offline - not currently connected; the system shows their latest available location instead
A summary at the top of the page shows a quick count of active and offline employees.
Employee panel
On the left side of the map, each employee entry can show:
Employee name and code
Current or latest known location
Last activity/location update time
Online/offline status
Tasks, Orders, and Forms associated with them
Select an employee to expand their details and see their location highlighted on the map.
Searching for an employee
Use the Search Staff field to quickly find a specific employee by name or other employee information.
Map view
Markers on the map show where each field employee currently is, or where they were last located. Map controls let you:
Zoom in and out
Expand the map view
Navigate across locations
Refresh to get the latest location data
Employee activities
When you select an employee, you can also see their associated:
Tasks - field tasks assigned to them
Orders - orders associated with them
Forms- forms available or submitted through field operations
