A monthly view of your field attendance, calculated from GPS-based activity rather than office check-in.
The Attendance Calendar gives field employees and admins a monthly view of attendance - built from field activity and GPS tracking, since field employees don't check in at a fixed office location the way the HRMS Attendance Calendar assumes. This is a field-specific version of attendance, using the same monthly-view concept but calculated differently to match how field work actually happens.

For the selected month, the calendar shows:
Present Days
Absent Days
Leave Days
Holidays
Weekends
Daily Attendance Status
This gives a quick overview of the month without needing to check each day individually.
Daily attendance details
Click on any date to see that day's details:
Status - attendance status for the date
Active Hours - total active working time recorded
Via GPS Intervals - attendance activity recorded from periodic GPS location check-ins throughout the day, captured while the employee had location tracking running from the PrimeHR mobile app (see Live Map)
