Submit, approve, and track Daily Allowance requests from one place - with access based on each user's role.
The DA Requests module handles Daily Allowance (a fixed daily amount given to employees to cover costs like meals while working away from their usual base) from start to finish. Employees can raise and track their own requests, approvers can review everything waiting on them, and authorized users can see all DA requests in one consolidated view.
The module has three sections:
My DA Requests - submit and track your own DA requests
Pending Approvals - review and act on DA requests waiting for approval
All Requests - view and track all DA requests you have access to
My DA Requests
Submit your Daily Allowance requests and check their status at any time.
New DA Request - create and submit a new DA request
Search - find an existing DA request
From Date / To Date - filter requests by date range
Status - filter requests by their current status
Clear Filters - reset all applied filters
Requests matching your filters appear in the results list. If nothing matches, you'll see a "No requests found" message - try widening the date range or clicking Clear Filters.
Pending Approvals
A single view of all DA requests waiting for approval, for authorized users such as managers or admins.
From here, approvers can:
View all DA requests awaiting approval
Search and filter to find specific requests
Open a request to review its details
Take the appropriate approval action, based on their permissions
All Requests
A consolidated view of every DA request you have access to, based on your role and permissions. Track requests across all statuses in one place.
Search - find a specific DA request
From Date / To Date - filter requests by date range
Status - filter requests by their current status
Clear Filters - reset all applied filters
Why it helps
Employees can raise DA requests without paperwork and see their status in real time
Approvers see everything pending in one place
Access is controlled by role, so each user sees only what they should
A complete record of DA requests is always available for review
