Configure your hiring pipeline stages — the workflow each job posting follows from application to offer.
Recruitment Settings is where you define the workflows — the sequence of stages a candidate moves through for a given job, from application submission all the way to hiring. Each job posting is linked to one of these workflows (set when you create the job).
Workflows list
Each workflow card shows:
Workflow Name — e.g., "Business Development Executive (B2B – Software Sales)"
Version — e.g., "v1"
Status — shows IN USE if one or more active jobs are currently using this workflow
Stages — the ordered list of steps in the pipeline, each with its type in parentheses (e.g., "Application Submission (submission_form)," "AI Interview (ai_interview)," "On Site Interview (meeting)") — showing a few stages at a glance, with "+N more steps" if there are additional ones
Available actions:
Edit (pencil icon) — modify the workflow's stages
Delete (trash icon) — remove the workflow (note: a workflow marked "IN USE" is actively tied to a job — check before deleting)
How to create a new workflow
Click + Add Workflow.
Enter a Configuration Name for the workflow.
The pipeline starts with Application Submission as Step 1 — this is a fixed entry stage for every workflow and can't be moved or removed. Select the Form to use for it (see Configure Forms).
Click + Add Step to add further stages to the pipeline (e.g., AI Screening, AI Interview, On Site Interview). For each step, set its Type.
Repeat Add Step for as many stages as your hiring process needs.
Click Save Configuration.
Once created, the workflow becomes available to select when creating or editing a job posting.
