Jobs

Create and manage your job postings, and view applications for each.

The Jobs page is where you create job openings, publish them with a shareable public link, and keep track of every posting — active or otherwise.

Job postings list

Each job card shows:

  • Job Title and Department

  • Status — e.g., Active

  • Location

  • Type — e.g., Full Time, Internship

  • Workflow — the hiring pipeline this job follows (see Recruitment Settings)

  • Public Link — a shareable link to the live job posting

Available actions on each job:

  • View — see the full job posting

  • Copy Link — copy the public application link to share

  • Delete (trash icon)

  • The ⋮ menu offers further options for that posting

How to create a new job

  1. Click + Create Job.

  2. Fill in the Basic Information:

    • Job Title — e.g., "Senior Software Engineer"

    • Department — select from the dropdown

    • Location — e.g., "San Francisco, CA" or "Remote"

    • Job Type — e.g., Full Time

    • Recruitment Workflow — select the hiring pipeline this job should follow, or click Create Workflow to set up a new one

    • Job Owners — select who should have full visibility and manage reviewers for this job

    • Required Skills — type a skill and press Enter to add it

  3. (Optional) Turn on Enable AI Resume Analyzer — this scores each candidate's resume against the job description automatically when they apply. This score is visible only to recruiters, never shown to the candidate.

  4. Write the job description — either write it yourself, or use the AI JD Generator:

    • Enter a short description of the role, responsibilities, and skills needed

    • Click Generate — PrimeHR drafts a full job description for you to review and edit

  5. Once you're happy with the description, you'll see the Public Job Page Link — this is auto-generated from the job title, and becomes live once the job is published. Anyone with this link can view the posting.

  6. Choose how to proceed:

    • Save as Draft — save your progress without publishing

    • Publish — make the job live and generate the public link

    • Cancel — discard without saving
