Build custom application forms for each job, so you collect exactly the candidate information you need.
Configure Forms lets administrators create and manage the forms used during recruitment. Build a different form for each role or stage, such as an application form for candidates or an evaluation form for interviewers, so every candidate is assessed on the same information.
How to Access Configure Forms
Log in to the Admin Panel.
Go to ATS → Configure Forms.
All your existing forms are listed here.
How to Create a Form
Click Create Form.
Enter the form details.
Add the fields you need.
Click Preview to check the layout and fields.
Save and publish the form.
Once published, the form can be used in your recruitment process.
Form Types
Each form has a type that shows what it’s used for:
Intake Form: Used to collect information or responses directly from candidates, such as assessment submissions.
Submission Form: Used by candidates to apply for a job by filling out the job application form.
Evaluation Form: Used by the internal recruitment team or interviewers to review and evaluate candidates.
